Stephen is a very accomplished cabinet maker. He needed an identity for his furniture making business and decided to call the company One Tree Cabinets after ‘One Tree Hill’ in south London. According to legend, Queen Elizabeth I rested under an oak at the summit on her way to visit Lewisham in 1602. This is the inspiration for the logo, which can be used in varying sizes and can be cropped if the whole logo isn’t required.
